    Wonderful coffee shop with great ambiance.

    I was frustrated with the night receptionist's attitude. When I approached her with a simple question, she acted completely annoyed and belittled me. It was unacceptable. I seemed like I was bothering her instead of receiving help. The contrast with the rest of the staff was shocking, all of whom were friendly and eager to assist.

    Amazing clean rooms and attentive staff. The location is perfect, just a short walk to vibrant Sundance Square and cultural attractions.

    The Good, the Bad, and the Unexpected

    I enjoyed a clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, right next to vibrant attractions. Despite these perks, I was disappointed with the valet service, annoyingly slow and lacked communication. The breakfast, albeit decent, was pricier than expected.

    The convenience to everything downtown was unparalleled. The valet service stood out as helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed drinks on the balcony which added a nice touch to our evening.

    The indoor staff could have been more engaging .

    Great spot for a weekend getaway!

    The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. Huge plus that it was right near all the cool bars and restaurants downtown. Only bummer was the valet situation. We waited way too long for our car. The bar downstairs was nice though, great drinks!
